Gangs
Gangs (guilds / clans) are a group of players who play together. Every gang is an important part of this city. You cannot survive alone. Gangs maintain order and dictate laws. The gangs decide how the city lives.
There can be an unlimited number of gangs. The gangs are created by the users themselves. Gangs can have up to 50 players. If the gang is full (50 people), then someone must leave it so that another can join it.
Gangs can form a Syndicate — an alliance of several gangs. To create a syndicate, you must have a gang. With at least one member.

Roles in the gang
Yardie By joining a gang or rejoining it, you automatically become a yardie of it. Even if you previously were a bigwig or boss of another or the same gang, when you join a gang, you first become a yardie.
Bigwig A co-leader of the gang. He has more opportunities than the participants, but less than a boss. The bigwig can:
invite players to a gang
accept players in a gang
expel members from a gang
accept gangs into a syndicate
expel gangs from the syndicate (in case the gang was converted into a syndicate)
Boss A boss of a gang is the most powerful one, and he makes major decisions. The boss can:
invite players to a gang
accept players in a gang
expel members from a gang
promote or demote players to the role of a participant and bigwig
set the threshold for joining a gang by rating
transfer his duties to one of the members of the gang. In this case, the boss is automatically demoted to a participant.
form a syndicate
accept gangs into a syndicate
expel gangs from a syndicate (in case the gang was converted into a syndicate)
The boss can change the settings for players to enter.
Open gang: Any player can join it if he has enough rating to enter.
Closed gang: A person can apply to join, and a boss or bigwig makes this decision
By invitation: New people cannot enter the gang. The gang can only send invitations to other players.
Entry/exit rules
Each gang has its own entry threshold from 0 to 1500 of the player’s individual rating. This entry threshold can be changed at any time by the boss of the gang.
If a player leaves a gang during the season, he can join a new gang 24 hours after leaving.

Syndicates
A gang that has been transformed into a syndicate becomes the leader of the syndicate, only the boss and bigwig of this gang can manage the syndicate.
Subsequently, the syndicate may have its own land (territory in Los Machines), and every season syndicate wars are held for these lands.
The goal is to create an efficient syndicate to control most of the city.
